Processing time
Orders process in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Launches/sales may take longer.

Shipping regions
We ship within the United States and to select international countries. Domestic carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Rates & thresholds

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $[amount].

  • Otherwise, real‑time rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Delivery estimates (business days)

  • Continental U.S.: 2–5

  • AK/HI/APO/FPO: 3–10

  • International: 5–12 (customs may add time)

Tracking

Customs & duties (intl.)
International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes imposed by the destination country; these are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Address issues & failed delivery
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or non‑collection, we can reship for an additional fee or refund the item price (less shipping).

Split shipments
Orders may ship in multiple packages.
