Refund policy

Return window
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with tags within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase required.

New York notice
Per NY GBL § 218‑a, our refund policy is posted at point of sale and on receipts. If a store’s policy is not posted, New York law may entitle customers to return unused merchandise within 30 days with a receipt.

Non‑returnable items
Final‑sale items, gift cards, worn or washed items, and items marked non‑returnable.

Exchanges
For fastest service, return your item and place a new order; or request a size exchange if stock permits.

Return shipping
You may use your own postage.

How to start a return

  1. Email beuntagged@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

  2. Receive your RMA and label (if provided).

  3. Pack securely; include the packing slip.

  4. Ship within 3 days of approval.

Refund timing
Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Damaged/incorrect items
Report issues within 3 days of delivery with photos and order number so we can help.

Gifts
Refunds can be issued to the original purchaser or as store credit to the gift recipient if marked as a gift at purchase.
